Goods sorting in logistics according to plan

The line is designed to sort goods from the input to individual output gates according to a pre-prepared picking plan.

• The line distributes goods from the input to the corresponding output gates.
• Which goods should be sent to which gate is determined by the picking list imported from the company’s logistics software.
• The line has its own FTP server, which creates an i nternal plan after receiving the picking list.
• An operator scans the product’s EAN barcode using a wireless barcode scanner, or can alternatively enter the code via a touchscreen display.
• After scanning the EAN code, the required route for the dispatched goods opens.
• Once dispatched, the goods are removed from the internal plan.
