Thanks to artificial intelligence, our system learns to behave like your device
We create systems that can learn to behave like devices – even in cases where you have no information about their inner workings.
Linking data collection with artificial intelligence allows you to create an exact digital twin of a real device.
A big advantage is that during data collection and learning, production can continue in normal mode – without any interruptions or downtime.
At the same time, it is possible to replace manual or semi-automatic processes based on monitoring their progress.
Replacing manual processes is usually divided into three main phases
1. Monitoring the manual process
- What was done (e.g., flipping a switch, opening a valve).
- Why was it done (e.g., high pressure, low temperature).
- When and in what state was the process?
2. AI assistant (semi-automatic control)
- AI monitors the process and evaluates situations.
- Suggests possible steps to the operator (e.g. "Reduce power, pressure is increasing").
- Parameters are adjusted automatically, but still under supervision.
3. Fully automatic control
- AI controls the process autonomously based on data from previous phases.
- It responds to sensor inputs, system status, and achieves target parameters.
- The operator has supervision and the possibility of manual intervention.
Main advantages
- You don't have to shut down the equipment - production continues.
- We don't require diagrams - we learn from real data.
- The output is a digital model that can predict and simulate.
- The consultation is free - we'll tell you if it makes sense to try it.
Application Examples
- Optimization of production processes.
- Replacement or simulation of older PLC systems or electronics.
- Automation of manual processes.
- Detection of faults and anomalies.
