Device description

• It allows you to measure the dimensions of products in the X, Y, Z axes.
• The measurement method can be absolute (from the zero point of the table) or relative to the last measured point.
• In the case of absolute measurement, it is possible to compare values ​​with values ​​in the recipe.
• The settings of one recipe represent one measured product.
• Measured values ​​and the results of comparison with the recipe can be written to the database.
• The name of the logged-in device operator is also written to the database.
• The movement of the measuring tip along the measured area is ensured by the device operator.
  
  Manual movement can be automated with servos.
  The measuring tip can be replaced with a camera system.
• The measuring tip moves in axes along linear guides with an accuracy of 0.1 mm
